Magnuson Hotels to launch 3 new “Payback Brands.”

Cash brand rebates to upscale, midscale and economy hotel owners.

Spokane WA-Magnuson Hotels, the world’s largest independent hotel group, announced today plans to launch 3 new “Payback Brands.” The 3 new Magnuson Hotels brands will offer hotel owners increased occupancy and reduced costs with an industry first; a cash brand rebate to hotel owners every six months.

Magnuson Hotels’ 3 payback brands will provide owners with complete brand representation in all major US and Canadian markets and market segments without the costs and requirements associated with typical franchise brand affiliation. Magnuson Hotels’ first 3 payback brands will serve owners across the dominant US & Canadian segments including: upscale full-service hotels and resorts midscale full and limited service hotels and resorts economy and upper economy hotels.

In contrast to major franchise brands that charge owners a percentage of total room revenue, Magnuson Hotels fees are performance driven; tied to actual reservations produced through its global reservations system. Magnuson Hotels brand affiliates will receive a cash rebate from the performance fees paid every six months.
