We do not manage any of our properties; they are all independently owned and operated. Any issues should be addressed directly to the hotel concerned. (Involving our head office team may actually slow down the resolution of your issue.) Magnuson Hotels is not responsible or liable for any operational issues experienced by guests. We provide loyalty, marketing and revenue support for our listed hotels only. We do not process guest payments and therefore cannot issue refunds.
